The teams collaborate on budget development, constructability reviews, and value engineering options; the knowledge we gain from this approach allows a seamless transition from the conceptual phase into construction.

ESTIMATING: Estimating the cost of a project is crucial to accurately providing the client with a known budget. During the design process we can provide a budget at any stage.
VALUE ENGINEERING: E Construction can collaborate with the client to help drive down costs while still adhering to the initial design. We do this by comparing alternatives and the costs associated with these alternatives to allow our pre-construction team to make effective decisions to improve the outcome of the project.
SCHEDULING: E Construction creates detailed schedules with all milestones and important dates clearly noted. Our intricate schedules layout all project milestones and important dates to help us collaborate more fully with our clients and work more effectively with our subcontractors.
SUBCONTRACTORS: E Construction Group, Inc. has implemented a prequalification process that helps ensure we have the best trade partners working on each and every project. This process allows ECG to verify each subcontractor’s ability to meet current contractual obligations and/or qualify for future opportunities. Our goal is developing long term relationships with subcontractors and suppliers that align with our vision, purpose and values.
After each project our subcontractors receive a rating for each job they perform for E Construction. If their rating is not stellar, we no longer solicit their services for any projects. Only highly rated subcontractors end up on our job allowing us to continually build excellent projects.
BIM & CONSTRUCTABILITY REVIEW: E Construction invests heavily in the power of building information modeling. In the pre-construction phase, we develop building information models that allow us to do clash detection analysis for all disciplines of the design process. Also, since we build the project virtually before physically getting into the field, it results in a more thorough constructability review of the project.
